Some DBs are central some are team based, some on the cloud. and there are different DBs like Postgres, mysql,oracle,mysql etc. what strategy can be used to be able manage the DB secrets engines effectively and foreseeing the future request? based on team, db type, cloud etc? what should be rotation strategy?

What should be the approve auth method creation strategy?

Scenario: I'm working for a company many machines and apps(let's say jenkins) need to retrieve some secrets and run some apps and complete a workflow. think that I have many apps and machines. in this case what should be the approle creation and structuring strategy? based on app, based on team or totally random, or any other? is there any limitation? any other method can replace approve method? since this is kind of user,pwd. you're configuring and then using it? is there a method to rotate rolled or secretid? pros/cons? in which cases should this method opt for?

Think that I’m a vault operator/eng joining the team. Where should I start first? Can I get integrations, configurations,roles,secrets and other important details looking at UI or CLI etc.? What is the best way of fully aware of system in a short term? Is there available scripts etc? Some reports can be retrieved from vault?

I have a scenario: I have a form that User enters his name then systems retrieves his group (by AD,LDAP or OKTA). Then I want to grant access to this user on some path and create the policy for him. (If it doesn't exist policy and paths are needed to be created ). how can I automate this process? which method is better API or CLI? Can u give examples for both? Should I use bash or any other language like GO, Java, Python? which one is better? Can u pls make a video for this?

As I know mfa is enterprise future. Is there a way to apply mfa on OSS Vault? Can totp be used for mfa in oss? What is the diff between totp and mfa? When and why are they used?
